Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

WAB2C offers a 3-month free trial for new users. No payment is required during the trial period, and no refund is applicable as no charges are made.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided on a prorated basis for unused months.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plan subscribers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are calculated based on the monthly rate for months used, minus the annual discount received.

4. Meta Conversation Fees

Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees are non-refundable as they are charged by Meta directly. These fees are passed through to users at cost without markup.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@wab2c.com with your account details
  • Include your reason for the refund request
  • Allow 5-7 business days for processing

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For bank transfers, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Your account was suspended for terms of service violations
  • You have used a significant portion of your message quota
  • The refund request is made after 90 days of purchase
