2. Nature of WAB2C as a Software Platform
WAB2C is a software platform only, offering:

- • Communication workflow tools
- • API integration support
- • Onboarding facilitation
- • Business process automation
- • Documentation and data management tools
WAB2C is NOT
- • A WhatsApp BSP
- • A Meta partner
- • A verification authority
- • A Government of Pakistan service
- • A message delivery provider
- • A regulatory compliance service
All external approvals and decisions belong solely to third-party providers.
3. Integrated No-Affiliation Disclaimer
WAB2C and Alams Innovate Pvt. Ltd:
- •Do not claim affiliation with Meta, WhatsApp or any authority
- •Use their names only for reference
- •Claim no ownership over any third-party trademark
Nothing on the Platform shall be interpreted as partnership or endorsement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- ✓Provide true and accurate business information
- ✓Ensure all communications are legal and compliant
- ✓Follow WhatsApp and Meta policies
- ✓Avoid spam or harmful content
- ✓Secure their accounts and access rights
- ✓Accept responsibility for messages sent through any integration
Note: WAB2C bears no responsibility for client misuse or policy violations.
5. Limitations of Service
The Company does not guarantee:
- WhatsApp Business approval
- Business Verification outcomes
- Green Tick approval
- Delivery of messages
- Performance of third-party APIs
- Uptime, availability or quality of external providers
- Service continuity from partners or integrators
The Platform is provided as is.
6. Payments and Refunds
- •All subscriptions and service fees must be paid on time
- •Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly agreed
- •Non-payment may result in suspension or termination
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:
- •Violations of Terms
- •Illegal or harmful communication practices
- •Third-party policy violations
- •Non-payment
No refunds are issued upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alams Innovate Private Limited and WAB2C are not liable for:
Total liability is limited to the sum paid for the active subscription period.
9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims arising due to:

10. Governing Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11. Amendments
